The Resort
Nautilus Beachfront Villas is located on nine acres of tropically landscaped private beach
frontage, seven kilometres north of Coffs Harbour. Just sixty two low rise villas spread
over the site provides the ideal uncrowded residential precinct.
Property Management
The highest standards of resort and common property maintenance is provided by way
of an onsite property manager. The manager is also available to assist owners in the
ongoing maintenance of their individual villa.
