• Outside of NSW Oct School Holidays & NSW Summer School Holidays: Deposit requirement: 50% of the value of the entire stay. Balance of payment due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: *up to 14 days prior, refund deposit less $50 cancellation fee. *13-8 days prior, no refund of deposit. *7 days or less, no refund of full amount.
• During NSW Oct School Holidays & NSW Summer School Holidays: Deposit requirement: 50% of the value of the entire stay. Balance of payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
