How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
We recommend that you arrive at least 30mins prior to your appointment, to allow yourself enough time to change, shower and unwind in our steam room.
Should I avoid using the spa if I’m pregnant?
We suggest that you avoid using the steam room and treatments requiring deep pressure or hot stone therapy. We can tailor treatments specially designed for clients who are pregnant.
What to wear?
A robe will be provided for your comfort and a locker for your personal effects. The spa will not accept any responsibility for the safety of your valuables of any kind brought into the spa. Swimwear must be worn in the steam room.
Can I ask the therapist to adjust certain things to increase my comfort?
Definitely, simply ask your therapist to adjust the temperature, the volume of the music or the amount of pressure applied during your massage.
Minimum age
Spa’cifique welcomes guests 16 years and over.
Spa etiquette
The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone and speaking quietly whilst in the spa.
Reservations
As treatments, staff and facilities are especially reserved for you, we require all bookings to be guaranteed by either credit card or room number.
Cancellations
A minimum of 4 hours cancellation notice is required for us to re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no show”.
