Well known as a relaxing massage, Swedish massage uses soothing hand movements to work into the muscles and soft tissues, to induce relief from stress and tension. Using essential oil of Lavender this massage covers most of the body with emphasis on the back and neck.
Sole to Soul- 45min
Totally unwind with a treatment that focuses on sore and tired feet. Begin with a relaxing foot soak and scrub. Your legs and feet will receive a massage that incorporates both reflexology and soothing massage techniques. Especially beneficial for stress and any form of congestion. A totally relaxing experience.
Hahana Stone Massage- 1hr 30min

Golfer’s Tonic- 30min
“Tee-off” with a relaxing back massage to relieve muscles, aches and pains followed by a lower leg pressure point massage. Complete with neck and shoulder stretches to realign the whole body, leaving you with renewed energy.
